• 12 Barbell Snatch (45lbs/35lbs)

• 24 Alternating Reverse Lunges with Overhead Press (Barbell or Dumbells)

• 30 Russian Twists (with weight plate or medicine ball)

  5. Plank Shoulder Taps on the DBs: 4 rounds for 30 seconds each
