Warm-up: • 10 minutes of jogging/running on a treadmill • 10 jumping jacks • 20 bodyweight squats
Workout: • Barbell Overhead Lunge - 3 sets x 8 reps each leg (use light to moderate weight) • Push Press – 3 sets x 8 reps (use moderate weight) • Bent over Rows – 3 sets x 12 reps (use heavy weight) • Glute Bridges – 2 sets x 15 reps with barbell across hips • Russian Twists– 2 setx 25 twists per side Finish off with stretching and foam rolling.
