Warm Up: 3 Rounds of 20 Jumping Jacks, 10 Push-Ups and 15 Squats.
Workout:
1) 4 Sets Of 8 Box Jumps (Challenge Yourself With The Height!)
2) 3 Sets Of 12 Burpees with a jump onto the box after each rep
3) 2 sets of 30 seconds Plank Hold On The Box
4) 3 sets of 10 Walking Lunges with dumbbells (or any weight you have available at home). Each lunge should finish on top of the box for an added challenge!
Cool Down: 5 minutes stretching/foam rolling
