CrossFit Workout:
1. Warm-up - 5 minutes of light cardio to get the blood flowing, followed by dynamic stretching.
2. Clean & Jerk Complex – 10 reps each (5 sets): Power clean + Hang power clean + Push press + Split jerk
3. AMRAP 12 Minutes: 15 Alternating DB Snatches (50/35) 20 Burpees 25 Wall Balls (20/14) 30 Double Unders
4. Cool Down - Stretch for 5-10 minutes focusing on any tight muscles from the workout
