Workout: 4 Sets of the Following Complex (15 minutes): • 8 Single-Arm DB Hang Clean and Jerk (each arm) • 12 Alternating Reverse Lunges with DB Overhead Press (6 each leg) • 15 V-Ups or Sit Ups Rest 1 minute between sets.
