Warm Up: - High Knees (1 minute) - Jumping Jacks (30 seconds)
Workout:
- Push Ups - 3 sets of 10 reps with 30 second rest in between each set.
- Squats - 3 sets of 15 reps with 45 second rest in between each set.
- Burpees - 4 sets of 8 reps with 1 minute rest in between each set.
Cool Down:
– Standing Hamstring Stretch (30 seconds per side).
