Warm Up:
- 10 minutes of dynamic stretching and foam rolling.
Workout:
1) 1RM Clean - work up to a heavy single rep max for the day.
2) 4 Rounds For Time: 12 Deadlifts (95/65 lbs), 9 Hang Power Cleans (95/65 lbs), 6 Push Presses (95/65 lbs). Rest 2 mins between rounds.
3) 3 sets of 8 Bulgarian Split Squats on each leg, using light dumbbells or bodyweight only.
