CrossFit Workout:
1. Chest to Bar Pull-Ups (3 sets of 10 reps)
2. Burpees (3 sets of 15 reps)
3. Lunges with Kettlebells (4 sets of 8 each leg)
4. Push Press with Dumbbells ( 4sets of 12 reps )
5. Plank Holds for 30 seconds per set, 3 sets total
