Workout:
• 4 Sets of 8 Deadlifts (increasing weight each set)
• 3 Rounds for Time: 12 Pull-Ups, 15 Box Jumps and 18 Kettlebell Swings
• 2 Minutes Plank Holds with 30 Seconds rest in between sets.
