1. Barbell Overhead Lunge - 3 sets of 10 reps (alternating legs)
2. Push Press - 3 sets of 8-10 reps
3. Bent Over Rows - 4 sets of 8-12 reps
4. Squat Jumps - 4 sets of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off
5. Burpees with Shoulder Taps – 2 rounds for time
