1. Deadlifts - 3 sets of 8 reps with a heavy weight
2. Burpees - 4 sets of 15 reps
3. Squat Jumps - 3 sets of 10 reps
4. Push-Ups – 2 sets to failure
5. Pull-Ups – 1 set to failure
6. Mountain Climbers – 3 rounds for 30 seconds each
