Warm-up:
3 rounds of 10 burpees, 15 air squats, 20 jumping jacks.
Workout:
1A) 5 sets of 3 Power Cleans (increasing weight each set).
1B) 4 Rounds for time - 12 Pull-ups, 24 Double Unders and 16 Push Presses (45/35lbs).
2A) Tabata Intervals – 8 Rounds; :20 on / :10 off - Alternating between Wall Balls & Burpee Box Jumps. The same number must be completed in every round. 2B) EMOM x 6 minutes – Max Reps Toes to Bar
