Warm-up: 3 Rounds of 30 seconds each: Jumping Jacks, Mountain Climbers, Squats.
Workout:
1) 3 sets of 10 box jumps with 1 minute rest in between sets.
2) 6 rounds for time of 20 alternating lunges and 5 burpees. Rest as needed during the round but aim to complete it under 15 minutes total time.
3) 4 rounds for reps - 45 seconds on/15 off - Box Jumps (max height), Pushups, Sit-Ups and Air Squats. Record your highest number achieved in each exercise per round!
