Warm-up: 3 Rounds of: • 10 Jumping Jacks • 15 Squats • 20 High Knees
Workout: DB Thruster Ladder Workout - 3 rounds, increasing reps by 5 each round.
Round 1: 10 DB Thrusters (5/side) + 30 sec Plank Hold after each set. Round 2 :15 DB Thrusters (7/side)+ 45 sec Plank Hold after each set. Round 3 :20 DB Thrusters (10/side) + 60 sec Plank Hold after each set
