Warm Up: 3 Rounds of: 20 Jumping Jacks, 10 Push Ups, 30 Second Plank Hold. Workout: 4 Sets of 8-10 Reps for each exercise (push press should be included in each set):
1) Push Press with Dumbbells or Barbells;
2) Bent Over Rows;
3) Bulgarian Split Squats; 4) Glute Bridges.
