Workout: 1) 5 x 1RM Clean & Jerk - rest 2 minutes between sets
2) 4 rounds for time of :15 second Handstand Hold + 8 Burpees + 15 Kettlebell Swings (use a weight that is challenging but allows you to complete the round in no more than 3 minutes). Rest as needed between rounds.
3) Tabata Hollow Rocks – 8 intervals of 20 seconds work followed by 10 seconds rest
