2020 Ford Expedition Max
Warm-up: 3 Rounds of 10 Jumping Jacks, 8 Squats and 5 Pushups.
Workout:
1) 3 Sets of 20 Box Step-Ups (10 each leg), rest 1 minute between sets.
2) 4 Rounds for time - 15 Burpees, 12 Kettlebell Swings (moderate weight), 9 Pull Ups/Ring Rows. Rest 45 seconds between rounds.
3) Tabata Intervals – Alternating Single Leg V-Ups & Plank Holds – 20 Seconds On/10 Seconds Off x 8 rounds total per exercise.
