Warm-up: 3 Rounds of 10 Squats, 5 Pushups, and 30 second Plank hold. Main Workout: 4 sets of the following circuit - 12 Alternating Lunges (each side), 8 Burpees, 6 Wall Walks with 2 second pause at top. Rest 1 minute between each set. Cool Down: 3 minutes easy walking or jogging followed by stretching to target quads and chest muscles
